All orders come with a standard frame and lens warranty. The warranty covers your glasses for 90 days against damage. We will replace the frame up to one time during the 90 days.
Our extended warranty offers the same protection as the standard warranty. However, this warranty adds 360 more days to the standard warranty.
To claim your frames damaged, simply contact support and report them damaged. We will email you a prepaid return label so that you can send back your damaged frame. We will then send you a new pair of glasses. We do not just replace the frame, or just replace the lenses. We ship a complete pair of glasses. Also, we don’t want you to be without your glasses, so we do offer cross shipping.
