Our refund and returns policy lasts 31 days.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your vision exam, we offer a full refund within 31 days from the date the test was taken. If 31 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. However, we can offer a retest at no additional charge.
